We count visits to this site on our own server with a visitor hash that's rotated and wiped every day, so it can't identify you — and we never sell your data or train AI on it. It does — the four pillars (files, chat, meetings, motions) work for any small organization that needs proper board governance. We started with churches because that's where we saw the biggest gap, but TrueBoard also serves nonprofits and HOAs.

Your data stays exactly where it is. We'll prompt you to choose a plan that fits your church — Foundation, Growth, or Cornerstone. There's no long-term contract; cancel any time, and we'll prepare a complete export of your data for you for a reasonable fee. Nothing is deleted until you've had the chance to take it.

Not yet. Today, sign-in works with Planning Center as an identity provider, but we don't sync member lists or other data from your church management system. Reach out if you'd like to help shape what an integration should look like.
